Activity Log (ABS Raw Material)
Log at the time it happens, never reconstruct. OMSAS requires a verifier (name + contact) for every Autobiographical Sketch entry, and schools check. An unverifiable activity is an activity that didn’t happen.

Rules
- One row per activity; update End/Hrs as it continues.
- Verifier confirmed willing at the time — a two-second ask now saves a dead entry in 2028.
- Quality over count: sustained commitment + responsibility beats breadth. ABS caps at 32 entries.
- Clinical exposure, research, and service with depth are the entries that survive interview probing.
